Hurricane Ike: It’s not the Winds but the Storm Surge

Update: 7:30 PM EDT FOX News Reports: 90,000 people have chosen not to leave despite dire warnings from forecasters. Emergency management coordinator for Galveston County estimates that 80 percent of the residents evacuated.
