FORECAST DISCUSSION UPDATED 8AM EDT TUESDAY: Not much has changed in the forecast since yesterday. Showers are still expected during the first half of the day for Western Ohio. The storms system has lifted more north on current model runs so instead of being the storm it will be the cold front that brings showers and thunderstorms to the region. I expect improving weather once the rain ends and skies will be partly cloudy to mostly clear for the evening. A lot have asked me will the crews at Eldora be able to get the track ready after all the rain. This I don’t know. Preparing a dirt track is out of my realm of expertise.
