FORECAST UPDATE WEDNESDAY  5 PM EDT:
An upper level storm that has been stalled over the Midwest and Great Lakes for nearly a week and will start to move east Thursday and Friday. This upper level disturbance will keep chances of showers Thursday and Friday. Saturday looks mostly dry and  much cooler, but not ruling out a stray shower during the day because of the close proximity of the upper level storm system and timing of the system. Sunday is dry and very chilly as highs struggle to reach the 60s.
